Gemini Notebook: turn trusted sources into a study workspace
Google’s source-grounded notebook can work with documents, websites, audio and public YouTube transcripts, then answer with citations back to those sources.
Google renamed NotebookLM to Gemini Notebook in July 2026. The core idea remains source-grounded research: you choose the material, then use the notebook to summarize, compare, question and create learning artefacts around it.
For BOBIS, the interesting part is not simply AI summarization. It is the ability to place multiple approved sources around one topic and make a Room Guide answer from that bounded knowledge base.
